What to Send
Photos are worth more than descriptions here — close-ups of the worst areas, plus a wide shot for context. Add approximate age, the coating history if you know it, any ultrasonic thickness readings, and the length of your available shutdown window.
You will get back an assessment of whether the asset is a candidate for overcoating, a recommended product and DFT, a written prep procedure, and budget pricing. If the honest answer is repair or replacement, that is what you will hear.
